AAP members meet president to oppose ordinance on convicted politicians

Background

|Earlier cabinet cleared an ordinance that protected the convicted politicians. As clear this ordinance is not only against the public opinion but also exactly contradicts from the Supreme Court's judgement of immediate disqualification of lawmakers convicted for a criminal offence punishable with a jail term of more than two years.|

Today (27,Sept,2013) Aam Aadmi Party delegation comprising of 5 members -- Arvind Kejriwal, Shanti Bhushan, Prashant Bhushan, Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh met met President Pranab Mukherjee and asked him to sent ordinance back to the government for reconsideration.

AAP's stand on ordinance is as follows

• Supreme Court has struck down a section of Representation of People's Act terming it unconstitutional, then how the government can bring the same section through an Ordinance.
•  If the section is unconstitutional then the Ordinance itself has become unconstitutional
• Ordinances were supposed to be emergency measures only.
• There is discontentment among the people over government's attempt to save tainted MPs and MLAs and the President should not give his assent.

Asked what would be there next course of action if the President gives his assent to the Ordinance, Kejriwal said, "We will challenge it in the Supreme Court".

AAP launched Broom as its party symbol

Earlier on July 31st(2013) Aam Admi Party(AAP) announced that it has been assigned the broom as an election symbol from the election commission.

Today(August,3,2013)  Arvind Kejriwal officially launched the "broom" as the election symbol of his party.
Launch was held the Valmiki Temple,Delhi.After the launch, Kejriwal swept central Delhi's Valmiki Complex where sweepers of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) reside.It houses over 300 flats with a population of more than 2,000 people. 

• Thousands of supporters, wearing the white party cap and holding broom, were present. They were also carrying hoardings and placards with anti-government slogans. 
• Kejriwal also distributed posters carrying photo of broom and asked the party workers to paste it on Delhi's auto rickshaws and in other areas of the city.

"We are starting our journey from this holy ground and I am hopeful with this broom we will be able to cleanse society. With this, the cleansing of nation and politics has begun," he said. 
He said over 90 percent sweepers belong to the Valmiki community.

AAP's protest outside Mulayam's residence

On 11th July A large number of AAP activists led by its convener Arvind Kejriwal staged a protest in front of Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav’s official residence here.
Matter of protest was the mysterious death of a MBBS studentat a private college in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad town.

Neeraj Bhadana, a MBBS first year student hailing from Faridabad in Haryana, was found dead in the college premises on July 6. The college management termed it as an accidental death, saying the girl was sitting on the railing of the fifth floor and sudddenly she fell down. The post-mortem report, however, found that she was strangled and there was no fracture on the body, following which a case of murder was lodged against unknown persons.

 “The girl was sexually assaulted and murdered. It is alleged that the college authorities are directly involved in this, especially the owners of the college,” Arvind Kejriwal said.
 “This is not the first murder. Seven girls have been murdered in similar circumstances earlier in this college." Arvind continued 
He said that the girls are asked for sexual favours and if the students don’t agree to that, they are simply murdered.
Protesters demanded that the case should be handed over to CBI as people “don’t have faith” in UP Police.

The protesters also included family and friends of the deceased student.The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has also interfered by issuing notice on Thursday(11th July) to Moradabad police chief in Uttar Pradesh on a complaint alleging slow investigations into the alleged murder of an MBBS student. The NHRC has given Moradabad’s senior superintendent of police four weeks to respond.

AAP's protest for inaction of police on rape case

Aam Aadmi Party staged a  protested outside the Bhajanpura Police Station on the nigh of19th June 2013  after a married woman was raped here.

The woman, who was from Bihar, alleged that she was raped for three days in Bhajanpura.

The matter of protest is that the police has not registered a case yet.

However, Police claimed that an FIR was registered and two people have been arrested.

Even  AAP activists were also detained after they held a protest outside the police station.
The arrested volunteers were rounded up and brutally beaten by Delhi Police.
On the night of June 19^th, 15 AAP volunteers were picked up by police including 4 women volunteers. While the female volunteers were granted bail the next day the male volunteers were kept in custody despite serious injuries.  

Later, after detaining activists for three days, they have been granted bail on June 23rd(Sunday) by the city court.  However, despite granting bail, the volunteers were not released citing “technical” reasons.The eleven arrested male volunteers were produced in front of Shri Brijesh Garg, ASJ Kakardooma Court, who appreciated the right to protest as a fundamental right and held that AAP volunteers were protesting within their constitutionally guaranteed right.
Even though bail was granted to the 11 volunteers, Ms Harleen Singh, Metropolitan Magistrate of Karkardooma Court, did not accept the surety provided by the friends/ family members of 10 bailed out volunteers, while accepting surety of just one volunteer. Harleen singh has now ordered that the release of other 10 volunteers would be done at 2pm tomorrow afternoon after due verification of the soundness of the sureties.
Hundreds of AAP volunteers including Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai reached Tihar Jail Gate No 3 to welcome Gulshan – the volunteer who was released today.

The point of Shame is that , media has not even notified this case to the public, not even a single line about this is shown in those damn news flashes !

Main Points /Vision of the AAM ADMI Party(AAP)

Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday launched his party naming it 'Aam Aadmi Party’ (Common Man's Party) with an aim to provide Gram Sabhas more say in law making and making higher judiciary accessible to common man.

• It aims to provide Gram Sabhas more say in law making .Kejrival also widened the meaning of Gram Sabha here saying "The Panchayats have become corrupt. We are not talking about it. We want the Gram Sabhas, the mohalla sabhas in the cities to be actively involved in law making except for major issues like that on foreign policy and external security,"
• It opposes the selections in party on basis of relations/connections/money.For this purpose t if one becomes a member of the state executive or national executive councils, his or her relatives will not find place in any councils. 
• It will have its own  internal lokpal  at the Centre and Lokayuktas at every state and district.  i.e its own anti-corruption institute observing corruption in party.Any person can lodge a complaint against any party member and if the Lokpal or Lokayukta finds a prima facie case then the person will be probed.
• party will have the Right to Recall and it will be implemented in national executive council, state executive council and district executive council. 
• There will be a  national council of 320 members which will be expanded by bringing one member from every district committee, Kejriwal said, 23 members were elected to the National Executive. 
  He said the strength of the executive committee will be 30 and the remaining seats will be filled soon. "We have to see that there is proper representation for all sections in the committee. If backward people, minorities etc does not have proper representation, then we can have five more members," he said.
• Party will have two kinds of members -- ordinary and active members. Anyone can enroll himself as an ordinary member by paying Rs 10 as fee for three years and an ordinary member who works for the nation and party tirelessly for four months then he will be made active member. The decision on making one an active member will be taken by the committees. 
• when it comes to fighting elections and the party will give prominence to youth and women who are kept at fringes in other parties. Every college will have a party unit.Party is committed to provide at least 33 per cent seats to women for contesting elections. 
• The party's functioning will be transparent and donors list and expenses list will be uploaded on the website from time to time,

Controversy A member of the Tamil Nadu group said they were not against the party but their problem was with the way in which delegates from the state were selected. "There is an issue. We have objection to the manner in which people were selected for the meeting," the member said. 

A group from West Delhi's Tilak Nagar also voiced their disapproval about the way in which delegates were selected.

Kejrival revealed Black Swiss Money:Full report

 Arvind Kejriwal on Friday revealed politicians and industrialists who have stashed black money in a foreign bank. This is his fifth revelation. 

He alleged Mukesh and Anil Ambani, Congress MP from Unnao Annu Tandon, the Dabur family and Naresh Goyal,founder of Jet Airways, of  having accounts in HSBC Bank’s Geneva branch.

• He even accused the HSBC Bank of being involved in money laundering and demanded strict action against it for encouraging kidnapping, corruption and terrorism in the country.
• Kejriwal also raised questions about president Pranab Mukherjee, who, as Union finance minister, planned amnesty for all 700 Swiss account holders.
• The records(/proofs) were of December 2006 when details of these accounts were reportedly leaked by an insider to the French and German governments.
• According to Kejrival the government did not touch any of the “big names” on the list and only about 100-150 were raided, he alleged. “Why weren’t the others raided by the IT department and why didn’t the government seek all their accounts?” Kejriwal questioned.
• Kejirval also alleged that Annu Tandon(Congress MP), whose husband Sandeep Tandon worked closely with the Reliance Group before he passed away, had accounts in HSBC’s Geneva branch. Sandeep was a former IRS officer who raided the Reliance Group for alleged tax evasion in the 1980s. He however, himself joined the reliance group after resigning from service and rose through the ranks rapidly to become a trusted lieutenant of Dhirubhai Ambani.
•  Annu Tandon's affidavit filed with the Election Commission(EC) of India before the 2009 general elections does not show any such account(i.e account is hidden from EC) .

All the alleged personalities and companies have rejected the Kejrival's claims.

IAC activist Arvind Kejriwal Tuesday(Oct 30)challenged the Haryana government to hand over the charges of two of the state's urban development departments to IAS officer Ashok Khemka for two months.Attacking the nexus of IAS officials and the ruling Congress, Kejriwal demanded that Khemka be given charge of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).

Addressing the Kisan Mahapanchayat at Manesar, Kejriwal said that during the tenure of Om Prakash Chautala as chief minister, Khemka had opposed the government's decision to hand over 19 acres of land in Nathupur village to DLF.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court recently quashed the deal saying it was illegal, Kejriwal said.

Delhi government lowered the power tariff.

The Delhi government has lowered power tariff, giving the much sought-after relief to residents of the capital.The decision was taken after the protests of Kejrival and IAC activists outside the BSES office( one of Delhi’s power utility companies) for rollback of the 26 per cent hike in power tariff that came into effect on July 1.
During his agitation in early October, Kejriwal had asked residents not to pay power bills till the tariff was reduced.

WHAT HAS CHANGED ?
CHANGES IN POLICY ARE DESCRIBED  BELOW

• Under the new rates announced by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on Monday(OCT 22), a domestic consumer will be charged Rs 3.50 per unit for the first 200 units, 
• and consumers with a monthly usage ranging between 200 and 400 units will pay Rs 5.50 per unit. 
•  The rate will increase to Rs 6.50 per unit for consumption between 400 and 600 units.

Kejrival however alleged  that the government had done a partial rollback. He said he would keep protesting till a complete rollback. “Till the usage of 200 units, there is absolutely no relief. Then how is it helping the common man?” he asked.

BACKGROUND The tariff has been hiked four times in the last 10 months. The regulatory commission had hiked the tariff by 22 per cent for all categories of consumers in August 2011, followed by a five per cent increase in February and two per cent in May, to adjust the power purchase cost of distribution companies.

Due to these changes the population of Delhi served by Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd started getting steep power bills, which were higher by 27 per cent, while the increase in bills in the areas managed by BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd was 25 per cent.

Sheila Dikshit's notice to Arvind Kejriwal

 Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit sent a legal notice to activist Arvind Kejriwal for his "derogatory remarks" against her. 
The legal notice was sent to Kejriwal by Pawan Khera, political secretary to the chief minister,

POINTS IN NOTICE:

• The notice was sent through advocate Mehmood Pracha for civil and criminal defamation and called upon the India Against Corruption (IAC) activist to immediately withdraw all the allegations and aspersions he made against the chief minister within 2 days.

•  The notice asked Kejriwal to "tender an unconditional public apology to Dikshit  to her satisfaction through print and electronic media with regard to the said baseless allegations and aspersions and using foul and filthy language".
• "In case of failure to comply with this notice within a period of two days of receipt of this legal notice, you shall render yourselves jointly and severally liable to face appropriate civil as well as criminal proceedings under the relevant provisions of law at your risk as to cost and consequences," the notice said.

Kejriwal earlier responded by saying that he would continue to target the Congress leader over "anti-people" actions of her government.

The Kejrival also said it was the Dikshit government's actions which were defaming her.

"Yes, we are defaming her. Actually no, it is her actions which are defaming her," Kejriwal added.

"I have been informed that a legal notice has been sent to me. I would like to tell her (Dikshit) that we will be defaming you (her) till you and your government keep working against the people. We are not scared of any legal notice."

Digvijay Ready for public debate with IAC provided , Kejrival will respond first

On Kejrival replying yesterday(Oct 21) to Digvijay's allegations to hold a public debate where questions on both IAC and congress will be answered by both the organisations.(SEE HERE).Congress today replied that he is ready to face such a debate provided that Kejrival should respond first to the 27 questions asked to him by Digvijay(SEE THOSE QUESTIONS). 

"He (Kejriwal) keeps on giving challenges. Let him first answer the questions raised by senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh. We will see the rest later," Dikshit(of congress) said 
Congress also sought to counter Kejriwal's attack on the issue of transfer of Haryana's senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who had probed Robert Vadra's land deals, by comparing his frequent transfers with the stationing of the activist and his officer-wife in Delhi for a long time.

"Kejriwal had said about the transfer of Ashok Khemka, that he is repeatedly transferred because he is an honest officer. So, what should we say about the officers who are not transferred at all," Dikshit said taking a dig at Kejriwal while referring to his and his wife's continous posting in the national capital.

Digvijay Singh questions Kejriwal on foreign funding of his NGO

Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh today (Sunday 21 Oct)  issued a list of 27 questions to Kejriwal, raising doubts about off-shore funding of his NGO and questioning his 20 years of service as an Indian Revenue Service officer.

Yesterday he had written a letter kejrival  describing him as a “self-serving ambitious megalomaniac”

Digvijay in his three page letter asked the following questions

• , “Why there are no details of individual donors and corporate donors on any website of your NGOs. Is it a fact that the NGO, Kabir, with whom you are closely associated, received $172,000 and $197,000 from Ford Foundation in 2005 and 2009 respectively?”
• "Was this foreign money used to organise seminars, advocacy, discussions, programmes, social media campaigns and publicity material related to the issue of corruption?" 
• Digvijay also questioned  weather or not  IAC received any favor from US based NGO  Avaaz.
  According to Singh Avaz has been funding the civil disobedience movement in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and Syria. 

• He  questioned Kejriwal on why he never raised the issue of corruption in BJP-ruled states.|We would like to remind Singh sir that kejrival has receantly revealed Gadkari's(BJP) corruption (See here)|
• He also asked questions about  Kejriwal's  tenure as an IRS(India Revenue  Service  officer).Singh asked how despite his 20 years service, he never served outside Delhi although the rules permit a maximum tenure of three years at any one location. 
• He wanted to know how Kejriwal managed to get permission to go on study leave with full pay and subsequently form an NGO despite central government rules not permitting it.

Kejrival's response 

He said that he was willing to reply to all queries but Singh should first convice Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and others to answer issues raised by the people.

“We had put some questions to Robert Vadra and the Prime Minister. Let them answer first. Then, we will answer all questions from Digvijay Singh. I request Singh to encourage Mrs. Gandhi, Prime Minister or Rahul Gandhi to come for a public debate.”

Kejrival in fact demanded a public debate with congress saying “Let’s question each other and let public question us on personal and public issues. Is Digvijay Singh ready? If he cannot convince his party bosses or the PM, then people would think he is doing all this for cheap publicity and to divert attention,”When asked about Singh’s remarks that there was evidence against the kin of former prime minister A.B. Vajpayee and senior Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leader L.K.Advani of alleged corruption but Congress will never use that to embarrass them, Kejriwal said his group has been talking about each party protecting others’ interest.

2nd big expose:Arvind reveals Gadkari's(BJP) graft.

 Arvind Kejriwal today(Wednesday,Oct 17) targeted BJP president Nitin Gadkari , accusing him of receiving personal favors by getting around 100 acres of agriculture land in Maharashtra with the help of Maharashtra government{ Congress-NCP( Nationalist Congress Party).
IAC held a press conference attended by Kejrival ,Prashant Bhushan and another IAC activist from Maharashtra Anjali Damania.


Allegations 

• Kejriwal alleged that rules were bent by the Maharashtra government( Congress-NCP) to benefit Gadkari.
  
• He claimed that vast tracts of land were acquired from farmers for building a dam in Umred taluka in Nagpur district and excess land that should have been returned to the farmers (as per law) was  given to Gadkari and his company with the help of scam-tainted former irrigation minister Ajit Pawar.

• Kejriwal also alleged that there is relation between BJP and Congress-NCP government of Maharashtra, saying Gadkari and his party maintained "silence" over various issues of corruption like the irrigation scam surrounding the Maharashtra government.
  
• Claiming to have letters signed by Ajit Pawar, he said that the then irrigation minister(Ajit Pawar) influenced the Vidharbha Industrial Development Corporation even though its secretary objected, saying it could not be done "legally".
• He said Gadkari has a big business empire and his interests range from power to sugar to ethanol.
• He gave example of a farmer named  Gajanan Ghagde who approached the government seeking return of his land.But the government pressed the farmer's request for almost two years but when Gadkari wrote a letter seeking transfer of the same land to him, Pawar wrote a letter recommending it in four days, he alleged.

• Kejriwal alleged Robert Vadra was looting farmers' land in Haryana while Gadkari(BJP) was doing the same in Maharashtra.

BJP and Gadkari have rejected charges of any wrongdoing by him.

Kejrival presented more proofs against Khurshid

Arvind Kejrival on Monday(15 ,OCT) presented more proofs against Khurshid and his trust.The trust is accused of fraud in funds meant for physically challenged people granted to it by Union Social Welfare and Empowerment Ministry.
Earlier on Sunday, Khurshid showed photos of camps organised by his NGO for distribution of hearing aids and wheel chairs to physically challenged people in his defense. (see here for past events) .

Kejriwal rubbished Khurshid's defence .He alleged that Khurshid misled the nation by showing wrong pictures of physically challenged people .
Khrjrival's Proof

• He brought with him some of those physically challenged people whose names were in the list of receiver {who received equipment(chairs,aids etc) }but in reality they didn't got any equipment or aid!
• Moreover, the beneficiaries listed as physically challenged were found to be physically able. He said many of the beneficiaries never attended any camp as claimed by Khurshid.
• He for live proof presented Pankaj from Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh whose name was in the khurshid's list of deaf provided with hearing aid but Pankaj claimed that he is not deaf instead he has problem in his leg ! He also revealed that he was provided neither hearing aid nor 'Baisakhi'
• As another proof presented an activist,Vivek Yadav from Mainpuri who revealed  that a beneficiary, Santosh Kumari, was supposedly given a wheel chair as per the NGO's claim. However, in the village mentioned in the list no such person existed.
• He also presented Dayaram, who was claimed to be a handicapped, but he never underwent any eye surgery as mentioned in the NGO's list under the quota for disabled people.
• He also said that photos that Khurshid presented do not come under the time frame as  they are taken after the period under scrutiny.

Alleging a nexus between the Samajwadi Party government of UP and Khurshid, Kejriwal said a fair investigation promised by the state government was unlikely.

A body of physically challenged people has now sought time from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to present the facts about the trust headed by the central minister and his wife Louise Khurshid.

Khejrival and activists detained

Arvind Kejriwal and some activists were marching towards the Prime Minister’s Race Course residence demanding resignation and arrest of Union Minister Salman Khurshid over allegations of irregularities by an NGO run by him. 
They were stopped and  detained when they refused to disperse.They staged a sit-in.

The activist announced that his day-long protest will now continue for an indefinite period. Mr. Kejriwal said they will not leave the venue till the Prime Minister met them or Khurshid resigned from the Cabinet.

Protest and march was organised by Rashtriya Vikalang Party (RVP) and Khejrival was invited as guest.But after Mr. Kejriwal’s protest IAC started sending text messages asking people to join the protest. 

The IAC had alleged financial irregularities in the functioning of Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust run by Mr. Khurshid and his wife Louis, a charge denied by both. Mr. Khurshid has also threatened to take Mr. Kejriwal to court.

Editor's View:Its a shame that whenever such march or protest is organised it ends with detention, in such condition one cannot distinguish between INDIA before 1947 and that after it!

Yesterday (October 8) a dharna against power tariff hike outside the office of Delhi's power regulator today(October 8) was separately organised by two group-one led by BJP's Vijay Goel and another by Arvind Khejrival. Goel invited Khejrival on his stage to protest together.
Khejrival although accepted his invitation but started accusing BJP for not taking up the issue seriously.(SEE COMPLETE NEWS) .He accused BJP  of not making public a DERC order which talked about reducing power tariff earlier."Like Congress, BJP is also suppressing facts," he alleged.

Today Delhi BJP leader Vijay Goel today hit out at khejrival saying he was weakening the fight against the Congress. "Kejriwal's attack on the Congress too has politics behind it," Goel said.

Khejrival elaborates real estate graft,reveals DLF-Haryana GOVT relations

IAC today(Oct 9,2012) revealed the relation and deals between Haryana Government and DLF alleging that state Govt gave hospital land to DLF to build SEZ ( special economic zone--a geographical region that has economic and other laws that are more free-market-oriented than a country's national laws. "Nationwide" laws may be suspended inside a SEZ)
 "Forest land was given to DLF in Haryana without clearances," said Arvind Kejriwal 

Allegations

• Financial bid for golf course project was tweaked in favour of DLF
• Haryana govt gave land to DLF at much below market rate
• "Panchayat land has been handed over to DLF, HUDA land has been handed over to DLF.
•  FAR (floor area ratio) has been increased for DLF, land use rule have been changed (for DLF)
• Several farmers who attended press conference alleged that Haryana government had usurped land from them, using fraudulent methods
• According to their theory these benefits were given by Haryana Govt to DLF in return of benefits DLF gave to Vadra(son in law of Sonia Gandhi)

Kejriwal said the Punjab and Haryana High Court had also in recent times noted the "malafide nexus" between the Haryana government and DLF.They also demanded white paper Vadra-DLF-Haryana Govt links 

Kejriwal said they had information that a lot of ‘big people’ had invested in BPTP and India Bulls. He appealed to the people to send in evidence of such investments in  companies such as BPTP, India Bulls and GMR.

Quote"All the evidence we have provided today makes it a fit case for an income tax raid," he said. "I have been an income tax officer, and I know it.
"But after the country's finance minister speaks in favour of Vadras, which officer will have the guts to give (Vadra) a notice?" he added."Why is the finance minister defending him? Why is the law minister defending him? All the ministers are trying to save him." he asked

 
Shanti Bhushan(notable lawyer) added that the questionable business dealings between DLF and Vadra were very much covered by the Prevention of Corruption Act

DLF in its press conference called Khejrival's  allegations "a bunch of lies" 
DLF's reply is as follows 

• On relation between state Govt and DLF
  With reference to the 30 acres of SEZ development by DLF on land purchased from East India Hotels, the order of the Punjab & Haryana High Court  has been stayed by the Supreme Court of India vide its orders dated 20th June 2011 and 26th September 2011.The matter is subjudice and is awaiting hearing.  The matter is subjudice and is awaiting hearing. 
• On Vadera's share in DLF-SEZ  holdings
  In the DLF SEZ Holdings 50% of shareholding was acquired by North India IT Parks in October 2008 at the face value of Rs. 2.50 Lacs which was subsequently bought back from North India IT Parks in September 2009 fully at face value of Rs. 2.50 Lacs  as the proposal for developing SEZs could not take off due to recession.So no profit was made by Mr. Vadra or DLF, in this regard.  Mr. Vadra, neither had nor has any interest in the various SEZs of DLF in any manner.
• 350 Acres land given to DLF
   This land was allotted through an international bidding tender. This matter is subjudice before the High Court of Punjab & Haryana. 
•  Increased FAR for DLF
  This project was approved way back in 1995 as stated in DLF's earlier press release. In subsequent revisions of Master Plan, no changes in FAR or density have taken place. Hence, no benefit has accrued to DLF by the said revisions in the Master Plan.
• Land Acquisition cancelled in Manesar to favour DLF
  DLF or any of its companies never purchased any land in the residential sectors of Manesar as alleged by Kejriwal.
  Acquisition proceedings were withdrawn by Government of Haryana on 24 August 2007, whereas DLF acquired development rights much later from other developers to develop two licensed group housing projects only on 11 April 2008.
  These group housing projects are under development after obtaining all due approvals.

DELHI power tariff: Arvind attacked BJP on its face!

Kejriwal alleged that BJP has a copy of the order but it was not making it public. "Like Congress, BJP is also suppressing facts," he alleged.

"Is BJP not aware of the DERC recommendation in May, 2010 about reducing power tariff? Delhi government halted it. If they were aware of it, why did not they do it for the past one and half years,"  he asked

Goel replied that BJP had raised the issue first. Whoever will reduce the tariff, I will support them. Even if it is Congress, I will support the move. Whatever DERC has said, it was BJP who raised it first," he said.The BJP leader first left the venue and after sometime, Kejriwal also left the place, leaving IAC's protest to be led by his associates Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai.

Khejrival to expose another politician on 10 OCT

Short News
After a controversial and heavy weight expose of the graft in Real Estate by Sonia gandhi's Son in law Robert Wadra, Khejrival is planned to expose another powerful personality related to politics on tenth of October.
This time the target is supposed to be a BJP's politician. |Which will surely shut the mouths of 'congressions' who have accused IAC to be agent of rss|
Another possibility is that the accused figure is supposed to be a Mumbai based politician.

Kiran bedi not interested in political outfit :Her ideology

Kiran Bedi on Monday (September 3) expressed that the need of the hour is to focus on passage of lokpal and not on political alternative.
Bedi's ideology 

• According to her the nation priority is to get  lokpal bill and Right to Reject.
• For this purpose one may use or work with political parties like that of opposition to propagate .
• Formation an alternative party should take place only after the passage of lokpal and Right to Reject(RTR) because without lokpal and RTR it will be difficult for both candidates and voters to knock out the old and corrupt party and make space for a fresh one.
• Bedi on twitter brushed  off rumors of her joining any political party. saying
  "I am not joining any political party. Any such info is rumoured by those who want this to happen!" she said.

• She said that  basis of the entire movement was to remain non political! And focus on getting the janlokpal bill and not fight elections!
• Bedi said that she respects Kejriwal's decision, but  she was not a part of the political outfit.It's exactly like Anna. Anna is not a part of the political outfit," she said.
