Let Ashok Khemka head HSIIDC-HUDA: Kejriwal

Background
Haryan IAS officer
Ashok Khemka has been Transferred 43 times in his 20 years service because of his non-corrupt attitude and strict investigation. He was transferred 43rd time when he started his investigation in receant Robert Vadra's case (see complete report)

IAC activist Arvind Kejriwal Tuesday(Oct 30)challenged the Haryana government to hand over the charges of two of the state's urban development departments to IAS officer Ashok Khemka for two months.
Attacking the nexus of IAS officials and the ruling Congress, Kejriwal demanded that Khemka be given charge of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).
Addressing the Kisan Mahapanchayat at Manesar, Kejriwal said that during the tenure of Om Prakash Chautala as chief minister, Khemka had opposed the government's decision to hand over 19 acres of land in Nathupur village to DLF.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court recently quashed the deal saying it was illegal, Kejriwal said.

Digvijay Ready for public debate with IAC provided , Kejrival will respond first

On Kejrival replying yesterday(Oct 21) to Digvijay's allegations to hold a public debate where questions on both IAC and congress will be answered by both the organisations.(SEE HERE).Congress today replied that he is ready to face such a debate provided that Kejrival should respond first to the 27 questions asked to him by Digvijay(SEE THOSE QUESTIONS)

"He (Kejriwal) keeps on giving challenges. Let him first answer the questions raised by senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh. We will see the rest later," Dikshit(of congress) said
Congress also sought to counter Kejriwal's attack on the issue of transfer of Haryana's senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who had probed Robert Vadra's land deals, by comparing his frequent transfers with the stationing of the activist and his officer-wife in Delhi for a long time.

"Kejriwal had said about the transfer of Ashok Khemka, that he is repeatedly transferred because he is an honest officer. So, what should we say about the officers who are not transferred at all," Dikshit said taking a dig at Kejriwal while referring to his and his wife's continous posting in the national capital.

43 transfers in 20 yrs:Ashok Khemka (Haryana IAS )

Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka has been transferred 43 times in 20 years. Its not because he broke some code of conduct or was bad at the office but because he WAS HONEST at the office !

The IAS officer, Ashok Khemka, has acquired something of a reputation for exposing irregularities in land dealings in Haryana, and for that reason has been shunted around frequently by the Haryana government.
This time too when Kejrival exposed irregularities in Vadra's property  Khemka initiated an investigation into Vadra’s land dealings. Today(monday, oct 16) he has been transferred again three days after he started this inquiry.|Oh! so that's how the GOVT maintains that they are not corrupt, by shuffling the honest one around|

Its a shame that this is the 43rd time Mr Khemka has been moved out from office in his career 21 year long career as a Haryana cadre IAS office
According to 'The Hindu' Khemka could have delivered a parting kick that could refocus media and public attention on more controversial land dealings of Vadra  in a way that could cause deep propbem for the Vadra, Sonia Gandhi, DLF  and the Congress government in Haryana.

While Haryana Govt and congress is trying to bury the evidences that
Khemka was trying to dig out.
Khemka has made it difficult for the Haryana government and the Congress crisis managers to bury the entire controversy surrounding Vadra’s land dealings,
by placing on record the fine details of irregularities that he had dug out in connection with the Manesar-Shikohpur land deal in particular.
Ashok Khemka has written a letter to Haryana Chief Secretary complaining about his transfer.

Quote:-their words
Ashok Khemka
“If you do take an action which you call strong but I would call as correct, and then action is taken against you, it’s very demoralising, dehumanising and you feel ashamed of yourself that look, there must be something wrong with you that these things are happening,” Ashok Khemka said.
“You get words like ‘you don’t get along well with others, ‘there are shades of grey in life’ etc. These kinds of euphemism are created to deviate you from the correct path,” Ashok Khemka expressed.

Arvind Kejrival

“Haryana Chief Minister ought to answer to the country why has Khemka been transferred. What is transfer policy for IAS officers in Haryana? Under that policy, can officer be transferred merely because he was investigating Vadra?
“Ashok Khemka transferred by Haryana Govt because he was probing Vadra’s land deals in Haryana. We strongly criticize that,” Arvind Kejriwal said.

Editor's View: Those in the dress of politician pretend to be non-corrupt and present official documents to show their honesty, but can we believe such official documents which are made by officials under the fear of TRANSFER and any other action which politicians and government use to control the offices?!
