Janlokpal Bill Center: Janlokpal Bill, what is it?

Janlok Pal bill is the requirement of any country facing rape of their country by corrupt politics. It is a bill that can stop the officer's unofficial payment that we have to pay and politiation's MalPolitical money that they pump out from our tax.

This Bill grounds an independent institute called LOKPAL at the centre and LOKAYUKTA in each state.These will investigate corruption cases from office's bribe level to politician's black money.

Investigations will have to be completed in one year. Trial should be completed in next one year so that the corrupt politician, officer or judge is sent to jail within two years.
And loss that a corrupt person caused to the government and public will be recovered at the time of conviction.

If any work of any citizen is not done in prescribed time in any government office, Lokpal will impose financial penalty on guilty officers, which will be given as compensation to the complainant.
The institutes's members will be selected by judges, citizens and constitutional authorities and not by politicians, through a completely transparent and participatory process.
Existing anti-corruption agencies like CVC, departmental vigilance and anti-corruption branch of CBI will be merged into Lokpal.
It doen't means that LOKPAL members are more powerful than us.Any complaint against any officer of Lokpal shall be investigated and the officer dismissed within two months.
It will be the duty of the Lokpal to provide protection to those who are being victimized for raising their voice against corruption.

So by above machinery the LOKPAL and LOKPAL bill can convert a briber (who pays for having passports ration cards and even for becoming pilot) to a citizen ( who will be given her/his democratic rights without being slapped by money exchange for rights) and it will also become native Wikileaks of country by exposing black politics and politiations

This bill is simply a ground for race against corruption, so without RACERS it will remain merely a piece of land or paper.Don't let it be a piece of paper if SAY NO TO CORRUPTION((social,economical and political) only then You will get the benefits of the bill

2 Original Lokpal's weakness

According to Aruna Roy and Anudhatry Roy ( Magsaysay award winners) Anna Hazare's Jan Lokpal Bill is ''impractical and complicated'' and “dangerous piece of legislation” respectivelly.
.Aruna Roy said that giving widespread powers to an unelected body is a ''threat to democracy''.Aruna Roy is also against government's Lokpal.

Weak points if intended to be exist should not be ignored, instead should be discussed and resolved before bill's implementation. Its the mission of 'Janlokpal Bill Center' to put both sides of bill transparently.Here is the suspicious and weak one.

{Aruna}Lokpal is intended to be extremely powerful but what if it goes corrupt and use those powers adversely
(Aruna}Lokpal is not a magic wand, it will take care of an aspect of corruption in governance. It will not take care of complete corruption. It will not really take care of public corruption in different areas
{Aruna}Lokpal bill is a "giant, complicated exercise" as it tried to extend from the prime minister to a peon.
{Aruna}She felt that the suggestion of dual duties -- curbing corruption and redressing grievances -- under the Jan Lokpal was not feasible

(Aruna)You will be able to find 11 Lokpal members of integrity, but it is difficult to create a clean set-up of thousands of staffers and hold them accountable,
She said excluding the prime minister and the higher judiciary was wrong. "This is a wrong practice. Nobody should be above the law," she said, adding that there should be certain safeguards. "Like both the Lokpal and the Supreme Court should agree on a probe against the prime minister."

Roy also suggested that the Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill should be revised to facilitate effective action against the higher judiciary while the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) should be strengthened to probe junior officials.

3 Flaws of Government lokpal(being discussed in parliament)

Government Lokpal does't covers more than 90% of political arena(Political Black Money is the common corruption prevailing in country)
It doesn't covers any political party (which are mostly found using money and arms to win elections)
Big companies are out of lokpal's ambit ( 2g scam shows how corruption prevails in business also, if companies aren't covered by lokpal how such corruption will be controlled)
Only five per cent of employees are in its ambit.
Mojor elements which are vulnerable to corruption are out of lokpal, so what's in?

NGO's like Temples, mosques, schools, colleges, hospitals, dispensaries, cricket clubs, gurudwaras, self help groups etc are under it( its humorous, tell me how many of us feel red alert amount of corruption in these places, the areas where lokpal's ambit is necessary are omotted and the places which are not run by government or where there is no corruption that a common man faces are forcefully inserted in lokpal, its funny but also funny enough to cry!)
MORE TO FEAR

As per Government Lokpal, Lokpal will be appointed by Prime Minister, Lok Sabha Speaker, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Chief Justice of India and agovernment-nominated jurist. ( look at the high political volume present in the selection committee of lokpal, it means lokpal will be appointed by politics and hence obviously will work for government!)
In Government's bill CBI is not under lokpal (but worse is that cbi is under government control! )
Lokpal just performs initial investigation and further is done by CBI( whose independence from government is not laid!)
Through government's bill, the CBI will be even made ineffective as its right of initial inquiry will be snatched.
There will be pseudo- superintendence of lokpal over CBI i.e superintendence is just an attractive word written on bill because lokpal cannot ask CBI the 'do or don't' as CBI under Government will already be with the instructions given by politicians.

I want to made a request to all my countryman that if you support Anna then continue your support but If you don't Support him then at least don't support this impractical bill made by government . Do your own protest if you don't want to do protest with Team Anna!
