After a controversial and heavy weight expose of the graft in Real Estate by Sonia gandhi's Son in law Robert Wadra, Khejrival is planned to expose another powerful personality related to politics on tenth of October.
This time the target is supposed to be a BJP's politician. |Which will surely shut the mouths of 'congressions' who have accused IAC to be agent of rss|
Another possibility is that the accused figure is supposed to be a Mumbai based politician.

Arvind accused Robert Vadra of corruption

Report:-

On October 6 in a press conference, Arvind Khejrival and Prashant Bhushan of IAC  accused Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law and Priyanka Gandhi's husband  Robert Vadra of large-scale corruption in real estate dealings.

 According to the IAC real estate firm DLF sold him prime land in Delhi and nearby areas at throwaway prices while giving him interest-free loan due to which Vadra’s wealth grew from Rs 50 lakh to more than Rs 300 crore in three years.

• However, balance sheets of five companies set up by Vadra and his mother show that the total share capital of these companies was just Rs 50 lakh.
  "An auditor who looked at the balance sheets said none of these companies were involved in any other business activities during these years.”Khejrival said

•  Kejriwal said DLF could have tied up with Vadra for acquiring land deal on favorable terms through Congress governments in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan.
• "Although they(Robert) had no legitimate business activity between 2007 and 2010, they acquired properties worth over Rs. 300 crore during the period." he said
  
• e.g  Sky Light Realty Private Limited is a company owned by Vadra, that bought a 10,000 square feet apartment in DLF Aralias, Gurgaon (Haryana), for Rs89 lakh whose market value at the time of purchase in 2010 was Rs25 crore, the activists said the current value was about Rs40 crore.

Kejriwal and Bhushan said the information had been sourced from the registrar of companies.Arvind Kejriwal distributed scanned copies of documentary evidence to back his claim.

They demanded the government to probe into the benefits Robert Vadra may have received in the corrupt property deals.

In response congress stated the same corroded dialogue of it being a political stunt.
Union ministers Ambika Soni, Salman Khurshid, Rajiv Shukla and Jayanthi Natarajan even slammed Kejriwal and his team."We will teach him a lesson through legal means," Khurshid said.” Rashid Alvi party spokesperson, also asked  asked. "if they have any evidence, why don’t they go to the courts?
Opposition demanded investigation on this case. Baba Ramdev also demanded a probe into this.

SEPT's report (20 Sept-1 OCT ):

• Anna on Sept 20 officially spited from Khejrival and team (who want political alternative) . He opposed the decision of the Kejriwal-led group to form a political party.and barred them from using his name or photograph anymore.

• In short Team Anna spited into Team Khejrival (consisting Khejrival and Manish Sisodia as prominent members)  and Group Anna(Anna ,Santosh Hegde and Bedi as prominent members).
  
• Anna later clarified that both the political and unpolitical ways leads to the common goal of lokpal , hence both the ways are correct, yet he chooses the non-political.
  "There is nothing wrong with fielding a political party but I will not be a part of it. It has my blessings and we will work towards the common goal of eradicating corruption. If they feel they can get a majority, it is a good thing, but they cannot use my photo or my name... The paths have been separated.” He said at the press conference.
  
• Anna later on 1st October after getting visited by Khejrival and Sisodia widened his philosophy saying that  “There are no differences between Arvind and me”. Anna clarifies that he is not with Khejrival because politics is not in his agenda at all. 
   “If politics was in my life then I should have started with panchayat elections. I have never contested and never will. But I have no objection to Arvind starting a party. If there are any doubtful candidates he puts up, I will point it out.”
  
• Anna further dismissed notions that he had earlier supported the formation of a political party. “I only suggested criteria for which we could choose political candidates to support”, he said.
• Anna also assured during conference that Kejriwal is not a selfish person. “From when I have known Arvind I have never seen him being selfish in any way. He only thinks about society”, he said.
• Anna didn't wanted Khejrival to use Anna's name and image for political promotion because he didn't wanted to be associated to politics  in any sense.

• Khejrival said “The important thing is that we are fighting for the same issue – we both want to end corruption. And there are many ways of doing this – Anna will agitate, I will clean up the political system and Prashant Bhushan takes things to court”,

• September 20 was also controversial for Anna's secret meeting with Ramdev just after the split of the team on the same day.|However, since team was splited Anna was free to meet any one without informing the newly divided Team Khejrival, then how this meeting can be considered secret or cunning ?|
  
  Anna also said in this respect on October 1 announcing that Ramdev had told him that they ought to join forces and travel the country to educate people, and he had told the yoga guru that he would think about it. “If the objective of Ramdev’s agitation is clear then we will join him”. So no clear plan to join Ramdev as yet then."
  
  
• Conclusion:- In short Team Anna got split. Yet Both the sides i.e Team Arvind and Group Anna respect each other's route or manner of the movement ,so we should stop thinking that this split means Anna V/s Khejrival!. Both of them sorted out their differences and decided to pay external support to each other's movement.
  Anna 's plan with Ramdev are still not clear .
  

Editor's View: Its bad that team got split , but there is a bright side as well. The movement for lokpal is now open in both the political (by measn of Team Khejrival) and non-political ways(by means of group Anna).

Kiran bedi not interested in political outfit :Her ideology

Kiran Bedi on Monday (September 3) expressed that the need of the hour is to focus on passage of lokpal and not on political alternative.
Bedi's ideology 

• According to her the nation priority is to get  lokpal bill and Right to Reject.
• For this purpose one may use or work with political parties like that of opposition to propagate .
• Formation an alternative party should take place only after the passage of lokpal and Right to Reject(RTR) because without lokpal and RTR it will be difficult for both candidates and voters to knock out the old and corrupt party and make space for a fresh one.
• Bedi on twitter brushed  off rumors of her joining any political party. saying
  "I am not joining any political party. Any such info is rumoured by those who want this to happen!" she said.

• She said that  basis of the entire movement was to remain non political! And focus on getting the janlokpal bill and not fight elections!
• Bedi said that she respects Kejriwal's decision, but  she was not a part of the political outfit.It's exactly like Anna. Anna is not a part of the political outfit," she said.

Lokpal movement will resume: Anna Hazare

Anna Hazare on September 2 (2012) announced that his team would restart the campaign for a strong Lokpal Bill in two months time.  Anna Hazare is bracing himself to get back to his 'fight' against corruption.

Anna went to Jindal Naturecure Institute for a  week-long naturopathy treatment.He said that his experience at   naturecure center was 'detoxifying',He plans to embark on a nation-wide tour to spread his message 

"The Jantar Mantar movement really weakened me physically. I began to lose my health again and came here to relieve myself of the blood pressure and acidity," he said.
This is a recharging process and I will be back in action," he noted. "Even if one member from each family is ready to get out on the streets and fight, we can inch closer to achieving our goals," he said pointing out that he does not want his supporters to blindly imitate him or former Lokayukta N Santosh Hegde.

Passage of Lokpal Bill set to be delayed further

 The passage of the Lokpal Bill is set to be delayed further with a Parliamentary committee examining the bill likely to seek an extension till the beginning of the Winter session of Parliament. 
Rajya Sabha selected Parliamentary committee which met on August 30,is learnt to have decided to demand an extension(another dirty excuse) 
The term of the parliamentary panel has ended  on September 3 and it is likely to move a resolution in the Upper House seeking an extension till the first week of the Winter session. 
Once the Bill is passed by the Rajya Sabha with amendments, it will be sent back again to the Lok Sabha  for the so called re-examination and approval because this is a different version than the one cleared earlier.

Lokpal  Bill has been hanging in parliament since 1968 and its demand became furious in the 2011 with Anna's movement and IAC formation. Bill was passed in Lok Shaba and then intentionally blocked in Rajya Sabha(which is famous bill hanging institution) .Bill that is getting considered for passage in parliament is already in bad condition(see here) and is exposed to further deterioration .   Now god knows what will happen of the bill!

WEEKLY REPORT: Arvind Khejrival attacked both BJP and congress for being involved in coal scam

Background: Earlier in May (2012) Team Anna filed a charge sheet against 15 ministers of congress in which PM was also included for coal scam.Recently arrived CAG report confirmed a scam of  Rs. 1.86 lakh crore due to coal bloc allocation without competitive bidding during 2005-09.

As soon as bjp started boycotting the parliament on the issue of coal scam and demanding PM's resignation, Arvind Khejrival commented on a news channel of NDTV network that both BJP and Congress are involved in scam, that's why they don't want the parliament to be functional.

Khejrival also said that earlier in 2g scam BJP demanded cancellation of allotted licenses, but this time there is no such demand by bjp, as this they are themselves involved in scam.

Later in a press conference on Sunday(August 26 2012) they announced 'gherao'(surfacing) of the residences of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and BJP chief Nitin Gadkari.
"Congress and BJP have got together to loot Rs. 1.86 lakh crore in coal scam. (There will be) gherao of Prime Minister's and Nitin Gadkari's residences. Let us assemble at Jantar Mantar on August 26 (at) 10 AM," he tweeted.

"We have raised it on May 25. All our allegations have come true now. All parties are involved in it since screening committees have representatives of states also."

"We demand cancellation of allotments of coal blocks. Lodge FIR, constitute an SIT, failing which we will file PIL in court and carry out referendum on the issue to expose the government," Kejriwal had said.

Sunday(Day of action)
As announced Team Anna members Arvind Kejriwal and five others( on Sunday) surfaced in front of the residences of the Prime Minister and Congress and BJP party Presidents for a protest on the coal block allocation issue.However they along with supporters were detained.
 They were later released from custody after being detained for about an hour at the Mandir Marg police station where their supporters staged a protest and prevented police from taking them to Bawana.

Khejrival and Gopal Rai surfacedin frond of PM's house, while Kumar and Sisodia were surfacing outside the Sonia's residence, Sanjay Singh and another person were outside the Bjp president Gadkari's house.

"When Raj Thackeray takes thousands of his supporters without permission for a protest, police provide protection. What kind of politics is this? But when we protest then we are detained " Khejrival Said.
Kejriwal said, "we will gherao again. We want to give message to Congress and BJP".

 This protest has been successful on scale of public support, large amount of people gathered to support the protest
Conflict

There is also a news of conflict between Kiran Bedi and Khejrival over issue of attacking BJP.Bedi was against this Gherao.
 MiscMeanwhile, six metro stations in central Delhi, which were earlier announced to be closed due to security concerns over the protest, will now remain open throughout the day.
