Anna Hazare begins 'Janatantra Yatra'

Anna Hazare today(31 March) embarked on his 'Janatantra Yatra' from Amritsar in order to aware people about lokpal and cunning behavior of politicians towards its implementation.

Anna paid tribute to martyrs at Jallianwala Bagh and also paid visit to Durgiana Mandir and Golden Temple.

Anna while addressing the public Jallianwala Bagh said only a mass movement will bring change in the country.

Schedule 

• Activists of Jantantra Morcha will embark on a nationwide tour from March 31 from Jallianwala Bagh(Amritsar,Punjab) to awaken people about the need for a holistic change in the system.
• The first phase of the tour will end on April 17 in westernUttar Pradesh after covering Punjab and Haryana.
• Anna Hazare said there will 34 meetings in the three states during this period. VK Singh said after the first phase, there will be a gap of 13 days and then the tour will restart covering Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and other states.
• After five months, a big Jan-Sansad (public rally) will be organised at Ramlila Ground
